Ex-Smashing Pumpkins bassist D'arcy Wretzky is currently being held in a Michigan jail stemming from a 2009 incident in which several horses from her farm escaped their enclosure and ran into town. Wretzky was reportedly ticketed for an "Animals Running At Large" offense, but allegedly didn't pay her fine and missed four consecutive court dates. Police issued a bench warrant for her arrest and she was apprehended Tuesday. She's scheduled for release on Feb. 14.
Wretzky was the original bassist for Smashing Pumpkins and is credited on the band's first five albums through 2000's Machina/The Machines Of God.
